Meridian is a self-guided tool that helps you explore your interests and strengths, see related career paths, and track a project over time. It is currently in beta and provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Meridian offers reflection and exploration — not professional career, educational, financial, legal, or medical advice. Its suggestions, matches, salary figures, and "day in the life" descriptions are illustrative and generated in part by AI, which can be inaccurate. Do your own research and consult qualified professionals before making important decisions. Meridian does not guarantee any particular outcome, job, admission, or salary.
Meridian is still in beta. Features may change or be withdrawn, and we may occasionally need to take the service offline. We take reasonable care of your data and back it up, but during beta you should not treat Meridian as the only copy of anything you would be upset to lose.
Don't misuse Meridian: no unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing use; don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service; don't use it to harm others.
Fair use. Meridian's conversation and analysis are powered by AI that costs us money per request, so we apply rate limits. Normal use will never reach them. Automated or scripted access is not permitted.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Meridian.
Meridian has a free tier. Meridian+ is an optional paid subscription that unlocks the full set of features. The current price and billing period are shown before you buy, and we will always describe a paid plan clearly at the point of purchase.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You are charged at the start of each period using the payment method on file.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time. Cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription in your Apple or Google account settings; cancel a web subscription through the billing portal link in your receipt. Cancelling stops future charges, and Meridian+ remains active until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting your Meridian account does not by itself cancel billing, so please cancel with the store or processor as well.
Refunds. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and refunded by those platforms under their own terms, and we cannot issue refunds on their behalf. For web purchases, contact us and we will do our best to sort it out.
Pricing and features may change. If we change the price of an existing subscription, we will tell you in advance and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Meridian, including its name, design, and software, is owned by us and protected by law. These terms don't grant you rights to our branding or code except to use the app as intended.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the app. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some may not apply to you.
You may stop using Meridian anytime. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or to protect the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — except where the law of your home country gives you the right to bring a claim there.
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the "last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
